There's usually a lot of hate/jealousy for whoever is successful. I think a lot of people find it's the only way they can cope is to try to knock someone down a notch (no pun intended) and try to re-humanize them from their perceived lofty position. Hope that makes sense. I started happy hour early, but it's pretty

I have trouble finding that anyone who saw that opening trailer thought it would amount to me any more than a pretty turnstile social game.

Lol, very appropriate. My mental image is...

I probably won't even consider purchasing this unless they've got a 2d classic mode. Otherwise, it just feels like the Jungle/Desert Strike games like @AntiRad mentioned.

Lol @ The Bouncer. I was psyched out of my mind about that game when it was announced and I happened to work in a game store when it launched. People were trying to return it by the end of the day. Several had already beaten it.

Evidently. I was super-impressed with it until I saw the actual gameplay and I was shouting at my screen, "just move forward dammit! Why won't you just move forwards!"

Yea, I started with about 5 huge mountains around me and had to wander for about 5 minutes in one direction to find any sort of flat terrain (desert)

I don't know. I revisited it (haven't had a lot of time to use my 360, been working on a game of my own) and they seemed to have fixed that issue. I started out in a menu at the micro level, which is great. I'd rather just have the one standard for switching pages from wherever with the shoulder buttons.

I'm using it as well. I'll have to give it a longer look. One issue I've had with it so far is that there seems to be a focus issue where you are sometimes at a meta level and left and right coast between the macro menu pages. Then you press a to select into a menu (micro level) and you have to run the cursor to the

Nice read. I think the trouble comes from the elevation of these otherwise mundane tasks instead of elevating the experience to another level. This article made me question if I've had wool over my eyes at the expense of getting this paper-thin recognition. I'm not saying that's true, but I've never really thought

You hit the nail on the head with this awards show. It's 75% awkward dialog, 10% awards being given to the "in-crowd" and 15% new trailers.

I feel like this has been happening to my iPhone 4 as well. I'm not entirely sure that the update fixed it.

Maybe it's not for everyone, :)

It's similar to OnLive. To be honest though, Gaikai might come in and just take all of the glory. There is no lag at all that I've seen in either of the two Gaikai games I've played. It's been a while since I did OnLive, but I played a Borderlands trial and there was some lag on my input. None on either of the two

worked for me first try using Chrome on Snow Leopard.

Your omission of Goozex wasn't taken in offense. Technically you're resources are right on point. You can't get cash for your games through Goozex. I was just offering a slightly off-point alternative!

If you are more interested in getting other games for your games, try Goozex. You make a list of the games you're offering. You send a game on your offerings list to someone who requests it. You pay for shipping. You get points for your game. 1000 points is $50 and that's what most new games start with. When you have

It could be Auto Assault but I believe that @Rexter is correct it's likely APB.

Scratch that it's probably Tabula Rasa (November 2, 2007 - February 28, 2008)
