He can't make me crazy if he's in the trunk. Besides, somebody needs to bleed my power steering system.
I feel like VW should give you the car, and make it an advertising campaign about customer loyalty replete with side-by-side shots of the two cars. That, or at least give you a discount. Your wife needs something to drive, right?
I'm impressed that anyone is DD'ing an Avanti II nowadays. I'm sort of in the same boat as you, I don't believe my wife will continue to hold the wife position for much longer, but in the mean time, I shall enjoy having this screaming Italian in the garage, er, parking lot.
My wife would buy a 4c, she's a sucker for Italian cars (we're getting her a 500 Abarth next weekend) and I know at least one other person who would look at one, if he could afford one. I also think they should sell them at Fiat dealerships, considering the at least one in my town has passionate salespeople, and they…
If you're willing to have the car tuned, Road Race Motorsports has a tune to bring the 1.4T up to 200 horsepower. My wife is getting a 500 Abarth, and I'm going to try and convince her to get it.
I could take the crazy one too, and we'd call it even.
That paint....quick, someone pass me the eye bleach!
I always laugh when I see how preppy most lacrosse teams are, and compare it to my experience with lacrosse. I only played for one year, my senior year of high school, and almost all of us were just broke high school kids from small town West Virginia. We had everybody from stoners to nerds like me to football…
Um, I'll take the girl, I've got a weird rattle she can diagnose while she's at it.
Ha! Good luck with that, looking at a lot of the cars I want to own, unless I find a woman interested in fast, boring looking cars, my rides won't be dropping any panties.
Is it bad that I feel bad for not being able to do that?
If Ken wants to make a fresh start next season, he'll need to block this wreck out of his memory.
I like it. Does anybody know where I can find a small child for "surprise adoption?"
The trunk on my Impala is also electronically actuated. While my battery is under the hood, my jumper cables are in the trunk. If I had a folding rear seat, it wouldn't really be a problem, but I'd have to unbolt the back seat to get it out, and I'll give you three guesses as to where I keep my tools.
This is a moment of great sadness for me, becausde the SLS is the only car I've ever driven hard on a track. I did the Exotics Racing deal while on my honeymoon in Vegas this past summer, and drove the SLS. All the nannies were on, which was the best choice for me (and my instructor, and the other drivers, and the…
I'm also 6'2" or so, however I'm the lankiest mofo around, so I had no problem reaching the door. It was fairly short on headroom though, I had to have a particularly thin helmet to drive the thing.
Here's another one I came up with. I don't know how to do the effect that makes the image all one color, like the title shot, otherwise I would have. Alternatively, you could use Orlove's Beetle on it's side in the snow.
The important question for me is, will the homologation car come to America? Inquiring minds want to know.
