I wonder if I would have a greater understanding of this video if the zeros were found on the right side of my bank account balance, instead of the left side.

When did GM partner with Subaru?

Also, speaking of something red, ... or yellow in this case, I thought you would enjoy this article if you had not read it already.

It’s amazing how much time has passed since then. I’ll gladly make the trip down, maybe in March, as I’m in the process of a move. I'll take the Mustang and you can do a comparison of how your $45K Aston stacks up to my $40K Mustang.

Doug, I very much envy you right now. So much so that one day, I may contact you via email and drive down to philly in the Mustang and try and convince you to let me drive it. But seriously... if you make Aston Martin go out of business due to warranty claims, we are not friends anymore.

Do you actually think you could buy this car? I know looks are subjective but the nose job on this car is probably the worst in recent history. The next most recent atrocity was probably the switch from the Ford Five Hundred to the Ford Taurus in 2008. The design languages just didn’t match. The Mazda design language

The Chrome Trim and high beltline made me think of a Chevy Cruze. The tiny bit of tail light help the case as do the shape of the headlights. Still the nose looks a bit more aerodynamic in the security footage so I'm not 100%

I’m excited for Lincoln. I hope the continental is the start of something great for Lincoln. Between leaving the MKS and the MKT behind, introducing the Continental and having the sharp looking (in my opinion) MKX and MKC we could finally be looking at a Lincoln that knows what it wants to be./ Well I can hope anyway.

So what I’ve learned from reading this list is that 1) we are all over-torqueing our lug nuts and 2) none of us know how to get anything up a ramp

Thanks for the correction. I'm past the time limit on editing otherwise I would change it. I knew they were expensive... I just didn't bother to look up how expensive.

Mustang SVO - Who the hell wanted a 4- cylinder Mustang when you could have the V8 for half the price? Nevermind that when the engine worked, it was one of the most balanced and capable factory Fox Bodies. 20 years later, and they are finally getting the respect they deserved.

BMW 8 Series - 7200 sold in North America over 7 years... 31000 world wide over ten year. For the price, everyone went to Ferrari instead. Now we all get excited when we see this v12 beast.

Jared, Great job with the photos in this article! They came out fantastic. I meant no disrespect to either yourself of Rob Holland for your work on the article. When I wrote that comment I had remembered seeing a photo in the past of the number plate on the Shelby's dash. Yours reminded me of it and I assumed it was a

1939 Buick Y-Job: It ushered in the more modern designs of the 40’s and 50’s we all love. From Wikipedia “The Buick Y-Job was the auto industry’s first concept car, produced by Buick in 1938.[3] Designed by Harley J. Earl, the car had power-operated hidden headlamps, a “gunsight” hood ornament, electric windows,[4]

I actually really like the labeling idea. I just may steel that. Thanks!

Here’s the problem I see... the XD fails to set the bar high enough above a regular half ton. For the sake of this argument, I am ignoring duty cycles and how the diesel is better suited to tow this over the course of its life.

I worked on my sway bar this weekend and was amazed when I realized that all 6 bolts were able to be removed with a 1/2 impact socket. It seems like such a logical approach and I don't understand why it isn't used more throughout the car.

I need them both. Half my Mustang is in Metric... the other half in SAE. It actually gets infuriating after a while.
