I know it wasnt its purpose in life and there for somewhat forgiveable but i do wish toyota would have put a manual transmission in anything that came with 1UZ/3UZ V8.  An early sc400 with an r160 would be an amazing grand tourer.

Change the oil on time and drive it like you hate it and it can come close. Most people don’t realize that rotaries pull oil from the sump and inject it into the rotor housing with the fuel. Dirty/old oil doesn’t burn clean and isnt good at it’s one job, coupled with the fact that old oil clogs up the oil

The tell-tale signs of a person that lives their life based on specs.

I disagree wholeheartedly. Planning comes down to zoning restrictions which need to be established ahead of time. I understand the point about mobile bathrooms but the outdoor dining clause just seems like a council looking for a bylaw that could be exploited.

Porsche also (allegedly) makes upwards of 30% profit on each 911 it sells... I do agree with your point in general though.

They inject oil to be burned intentionally to keep the rotor housing lubed. Rx8s just got the wrong engine.

Knowing that something exists is not the same as agreeing...

You are wrong. Many wealthy people buy EVs and Solar Systems specifically for the tax credit and I imagine there are a lot of people selling stocks right now that are going to have quite the tax bill this year.

“new brand”.........................

Thanks for the correction, i mispoke. I meant primarily cobalt and lithium in said batteries which are colloquilly reffered to as such, but are not. Cheers.

How is it irrelevent? Look who got real offended when his fallacy was brought to light hahaha.

Did you buy a first gen leaf?

Also, i know two telsa engineers working on cybertruck and they had to cancel coming to the gambler500 last weekend with me because they got called into work on the clustertruck.  They requested this time off last year LOL

Fuel Cells arent stupid and as an obvious Tesla-stan you should educate yourself a little more.

Have you driven a 1st gen? My 6'4" roommate could put the seat all the way back and his feet wouldn’t touch the pedals! Ive owned both and I find the first gens to just feel more fun and raw to me. My best friend built the equivalent of a usdm SIR (b16 but all original).  Drove it last weekend and while my car wouldnt

Love mine to pieces! literally! its currently in pieces getting prepped for paint! It does so many things so well and is utterly bulletproof... except the plastic fenders that is!

A back to basics crx would also be fit the bill nicely!  Love mine to death and plan on rallying it till it dies! Just put in a new clutch and she drives pretty damn well!

Thats for the sedan though....

I put premium in my older cars every few fill-ups for the detergents. I’d say that’s a benefit in car with poor oil rings and ~250k miles.
