It was really shocking when I meet my cousin's seven year old son. I don't know that many people with kids but the ones I do no had really well behaved kids. My cousin is a very smart caring guy and his equally nice stay at home wife was even a teachers before they had kids. But fuck their son was annoying.

I'd also say the people on Storage Wars are more like comical characterizations of real people.

See what made House Hunters seem more real was it wasn't a very flashy show. Even the International edition they show was presented in a very plain manner.

Storage Wars being fake is pretty "meh" to me but House Hunters I really felt hurt by. I mean would it be that much harder to present a real version of House Hunters? I don't think so.

Looks like it. I'd imaging they are all Giant Redwoods, which are known to live a very long time to begin with. And the time people have lived in that area is far less the most of the rest of the world, so there was very little to mess with them.
