Didn’t metal gear solid v effectively do the same thing? Except they had content locked strictly behind time and encouraged you to spend money to speed things up. Yet that game was praised.

I’m pretty sure the pirates encountered on the island were actual players, no? They had names and were in the ghost world alongside the player in the video.

The context of the article was that the issue was fixed, so I was curious how that specifically was ridiculous.

How is this ridiculous?

I get what you’re saying, but I just can’t agree. I think his performance as Joel really set the bar for performance in video games. The character was believable and he sounded nothing like himself. While I realize that role has arguably been his best, it doesn’t discredit his talent. Furthermore, not many actors in

It really wasn’t that bad though... It was exactly what I expected it to be — mindless action with not much depth. Which is kind of a bummer, but not so much when you consider it as a different step into the superhero/villain genre. I mean, it was about on par with the animated Suicide Squad film, though not quite as

I just assumed it’d be an update. Is it confirmed that it’s a separate game?

Well, a lot of the console users are sending threats and whatnot, so I’d say it’s at least partially warranted.

wrong person, sorry.*edit*

Have you heard anything regarding the unannounced title that CD Projekt Red is supposed to be releasing this year? I believe they spoke about it a few months back, during a financial earnings report.

It did. It was horrible. Pretty sure it was a show, then they cut it into a movie at one point as well.

That’s what I was saying. You said the game shown here looks like Oblivion, except Oblivion had nowhere near the level of lighting, draw distance, and foliage detail in this game. Not many modern games even compare to this game’s draw distance and foliage; most are only levels a bit past Oblivion and Skyrim.

Man, I WISH we had foliage and draw distance like that in games in 2006. Barely any games have pushed past Oblivion’s level even in 2016. Only ones I can think of is Witcher 3. :(

Not really. Unless, you haven’t purchased a game in the last 3 years. Ports used to be such a major issue on PC, but the last 3 years there’s only been a small handful of horrible, AAA ports on the platform: AC: Unity, Batman Arkham Knight, and Mortal Kombat X — oh, and I guess now Quantum Break; though I’ve heard

When did anyone say you can play in 4k for less than a ps4? You can build pcs that handle 1080p at 60fps (depending on the game) for less than a ps4, sure, but not 4k. You must’ve misunderstood.

It’s possible they rejected it because of competition, but as of last month a few other software devs, most notably the dev of borderless gaming and steam cleaner, have had some of their products removed or rejected because of the new terms. My point being, it isn’t a lie that steam is starting to decline future

You’re right, it’s a great tactic to encourage impulse shoppers. It’s really not a bad idea. No idea why it’s so difficult for everyone to understand: the alternative for some people is to just have the game exist in a list they’ll never play again. Otherwise it’s just digital hording.

There’s plenty of games in my library I’m definitely done with forever. If I want to get rid of an indie game with no replay value, that’s my choice and doesn’t make me “retarded”. Not everyone replays games a thousand times — and there’s nothing wrong with that. Why be such an elitist about it? Ultimately, it’s a

Sure, but with a physical releases there’s an issue of supply and demand, as well as wear and tear on the disc. Digital doesn’t have those kind of issues.
