I'm with you.
I'm with you.
I hated her, but not because of a shipper reason. I just hated her personality and the fact that she was okay with leaving her baby brother in danger.
I agree with you. I gave her a pass for sleeping with Shane because I could understand she thought Rick was dead and she needed protection/comfort. But the stupid decisions she constantly made were just too much. Going after Rick, Herschel, and Glenn (people who were capable of protecting themselves) and crashing on a…
I haven't read anything by H.P. Lovecraft, though I've been meaning to for a long time. Could you explain what you mean?
I've heard of egg farts and bean farts but never potato chip farts.
You must have missed the part where none of that matters because the fact that she missed practice for academic reasons should make the absence an excused one. Meaning even though she's missed practice 3 times, she should still only have two strikes. The outrage over this situation isn't about "special snowflakes" as…
"practices were mandatory if they didn't interfere with academics" that's the point here, as others have already mentioned. The story is that her absence should have been excused for an academic reason but it wasn't.
Sounds like someone was part of the cheerocracy.
I wish I had one more star to give you.
I went to high school in Northern Iowa. I remember one year there wasn't a single week where we didn't have one or more snow days, early releases, or late starts because of the snow. We were a small school with a lot of farm kids so the district had to be careful of days when the snow was drifting as well as regular…
Probably the same reason a lot of people give into blackmailers: They're emotionally vulnerable and hope that by paying up the blackmailer will go away and leave them alone forever.
Haha Mr. Collins, that's a pretty good comparison!
And according to that garbage site: "The "house master" received fifty to sixty per cent of the girls' gross earnings depending on how much of a debt each girl had incurred when she signed her contract. This meant that in an average month a girl would gross about fifteen hundred yen. She turned over seven hundred and…
I've already seen what the comfort women themselves said, the Pacific War was my main area of focus during college.
Yeah, my first thought was "I wonder how long until an article shows up about them keeping all the donations for themselves."
Someone else posted it in another thread.. though I think that might have been on gawker or something.
I get scared pretty easily too. I've only seen a few episodes and the ones I saw weren't really scary, just kind of violent, which turned me off of the show.
That is so messed up and creepy. I really don't understand how there are not stronger laws against that kind of thing.
That's really great to hear. Do you think it'll catch national attention the way the Texas protests did?
I think it's upsetting too, mostly because people are more likely to listen to the crazy words of an attractive person than a person who isn't attractive.
