I had the same problem when I was looking for tips to fit my Tin T2s and eventually ended up with some Dekonis that were way too small LOL.. I did manage to get them to stretch enough to get them on and they’re amazing.. I'll just need to remember to buy the larger ones next time!

Try some good quality aftermarket tips like the ones Dekoni or Comply sell. Dekoni sells a sample pack that includes a range of sizes (I'm sure Comply does as well), so you should be able to tailor the fit to work best for your ears.
