Nope. We’ve got separate map lights — this one isn’t nearly bright enough to allow for reading. It’s also not pointed anywhere the passenger would find useful, as all the centre console controls are canted toward the driver in the Volvo.
No the car has separate map lights. This one is much too dim to use for reading — you’d have to hold the map right next to the bulb and crane your neck up to the roof, which would be a bit of a hazard while driving to say the least..
