As people who got the New 3DS version could tell you, speeding up the game like this also makes it massively harder.  You thought that armada level with a ton of ships was hard when the game chugged?  Imagine it running faster.

So, the impression im getting from this is:  When someone creates a “beard mod” its not just adding a beard to character creator, its you having to download a pre-set character who has a beard?  Is that how mods work in this game?
