Re: the House and Senate - I called this two years ago.  Every time Pelosi takes the Speakership role, she immediately shits the bed, and we lose control.  She is NOT a good leader.  The fact that we maintained control of the House despite her leadership and loss of seats is a miracle.

So, on the one hand, it’s funny that they got that worked up over a call of a state. Like, yeah, if you’re a campaign and you think a call is premature, that is frustrating and you have a right to be upset at the outlets that called it. But a call doesn’t mean anything. It’s not like Fox News is the Arizona Secretary…

I’ve worked for good bosses and bad bosses of both genders, and the connecting factor for all the bad ones is that they were assholes.  The good ones were not assholes.  They had other personality traits too, but I agree that the problem with bad bosses is not their gender, it’s their assholery.
