I would love to autocross the 68. Heck, it’s even painted like a racecar! But... I built this thing myself, welds and all. I’m afraid to put it under a bunch of stress and snap the damn thing in two :) So I just cruise, do burnouts and lay the smack down on the occasional stoplight fool :)

While technically illegal (In WA) to use on the street, I’m thinking of getting a set of these for the DirtPony. It would be nice at highway speeds since I already know the car will be loud (No interior + permanent convertible + dumped exhaust) plus they look bitchin.

Mine isn’t even built and I think it sounds good. Just a big single turbo and 3" exhaust with a muffler.

I just did bushings on my mustang last week. This technique was recommended by a few people. Then I found out about the maximum motorsports bushing tool. $20 and 10 minutes later I had both bushings pressed out and new ones back in. Done and done.

Sucks. I’m not sure I want to do a supercar experience. I went to the ‘Ring a couple years ago and rented a track prepped Suzuki Swift, and had an instructor along. It was amazingly fun, slow car fast and all that. I don’t think I would have had more fun in a lambo. My skills and my wallet just aren’t up to…
