Am I the only one who takes issue with using the word “sex” in the recent reporting? He wanted to incapacitate them, which would mean rape, no?

I don’t for one second believe that he doesn’t think he did anything wrong. I think he doesn’t give a fuck, but I think he knows it was wrong. He just thought he was above getting caught.

I work with a woman in comics who gets all the usual shit from men in the industry and conventions you’d expect from reading the usual horror stories, but somehow doesn’t give a fuck.

I feel like when people say they’ve never faced discrimination, what they really mean is that they have but they were either too naive or didn’t care enough to react to it. I mean I guess it’s possible that a gay person never experienced discrimination, but that doesn’t mean no one else does.
