the game started as the mod which birthed its shitsmear development. when it comes to time in development, yes, i consider the mod as part of that development time, especially since when the standalone version came out, the mod was the better game, and was out in early 2011. the game has been in development since 2011

6-7 if we are being pedantic. mod first surfaced in early 2011, march i believe? maybe april

i havent been in touch with the idiots since before the incident, i honestly have no idea where they are or what they are doing. im sure they arent in jail anymore, its possible they never even served any time

i was under the impression that epic was suing the creators of a hack, not a user of it. if this turns out to be the case, that this kid is merely a user, then yeah, they dont have a chance in hell in getting out of this one. and its pretty easier to stir up damages as an aggrieved parent and child combo versus their

hackers and cheaters are two different things. if hes a hacker, they have grounds to go after people. but if hes just a cheater, the appropriate punishment is various levels of banning players

are you going to equivocate animal abuse to running a piece of software that at most ruins 10 minutes of some peoples time?

from some very very loose napkin math, it looked like it used a logarithmic scale. its cosmetic items and that xp bar has plenty of ways to make it fill up insanely fast.

i dont think that ending means anything more than just a nudge to see what people come up with rather than full blown reveal. i could be wrong, and it could be interesting to see how that is portrayed, but, i just dont see it being a thing

asnd this is why we need better safesty standards for even shitty minimum wage jobs

of course they dont know. expecting them to hae a solution in one day is just unrealistic.

let me reword this then. beyond telling us what they are doing, and what they are going to do, and then doing it, all of which are what we asked for, what more do you need? they solved my biggest problems with this game this week. the high cost of unlocking shit, and removing the bullshit gambling and RMT system.

did you really think that “free DLC” came with no monetization of any kind?

loot boxes are 100% gambling, we need formal review by government bodies to back that up though, but when you go throuigh the legal definition of what gambling is, based on many countries definitions, you find that gambling is the ACT in which you take, not the REWARD in which you receive.

the campaign is nice that its a new story, but pretty straight forward. im loving multiplayer though, definitely better than the first

its not a terrible beard, not that great, but not terrible.

i dont like this. as a grown man , this change to a kids show bothers me!

if only it actually took that long to do so, then i would agree. but it doesnt. that math takes into account only getting per round credits, there are plenty of chjallenges to get credits with, .

essentially, the loot crate is the problem, not the option to pay to have the same items others play to have.

yeah. this was given to me in reddit and it makes perfect sense. its gamers who dont have the money, but the time, gatekeeping because they feel slighted.

pretty much what a signifdicant portion of the reddit community feels too. the only place upgrades are really felt is in starfighter assault, and even then, those are earned with play time all the same.
