the circle around you is to compensate for only having mono sound output. even if you have headphones in, it doesnt have any directional audio, so you kinda need to have that indicator there so you know which direction your noises are really coming from.

well, 3g is more than enough to run video games on, even 2G networks could run gaming, especially later on before 3g came out when 2g upped its speeds to 100+kbps. now on LTE, where you have the possibility of a gbps under perfect conditions.

the developer doesnt force you to use an exploit. while it is up to them to fix it, its well within their right or an orgs right to punish people abusing these things for advantages they shouldnt have.

even well tenured games still have some bugs that cause rematches and such.

the idea isnt that people are already suspended and driving on suspended licenses, its that reducing the number to roughly half what it already was, would make it way too easy for people to get suspended in the first place.
