I have quite the case of a first world problem right here...

That could work, but it can easily backfire. They'd obviously make the DRM version more attractive, or make the DRM Free version shittier intentionally.

I don't think they con do much about it. By the looks of the heatsink, that's as slim as it can be. Personally, I don't mind too much. It surely produces a lot of heat, and I rather have a cool, big laptop than a small, hot one.

In my experience, DVD ripping software is "meh" at best. I've never been able to get the full 1080p resolution out of my media (with free software). This is a hassle that I don't want to deal with, to be quite honest, and I like to do this kind of stuff. The average Joe is much less willing than I to do it.

Damn, this is fascinating.

Some of us can't just return stuff. Also, I think it's a bad practice in general. If I bought it, it's mine, unless it has some sort of defect. If there's nothing wrong with it, I think it's pretty shitty to just return it. Imagine if everything worked like that! Everyone would just buy 3 of everything and return what

A one time payment system for custom amounts of storage would be awesome!

I want your job :(.

Have you heard about Stonehearth? You'll probably like what they're up to!

I've played the game for about 6 hours and I haven't seen anything about building. So far, it's been mostly running around, fighting random enemies and leveling up. Exploring around is interesting, there are towns here and there, with stores and NPCs. The NPCs aren't terribly interesting yet, but I assume that'll

How old are they? How tech savvy are they? People who don't like computers, or don't use them too much don't like changes. They want familiarity. As far as I'm concerned, they should all use Macs anyways.

99%? That's a bold number, taken out of thin air. Also, businesses rarely adopt new OSes right away, it has always been like that, so I'm not surprised about it. Again, I'm surprised anyone is still complaining about Windows 8. The differences are so minor, I don't even get it. Go to Desktop and it is exactly the same

One Tab was life changing for me. I'm one of those people that before I know it, I've got 70+ tabs open. I'm working on changing it, but meanwhile, One Tab is great for me!

My bad, I misinterpreted your comment. I read it again and I see you already know that. Sorry!

Not only is Steam going out of business highly, HIGHLY unlikely, that's a FAQ, what happens to your games if something like that happened? Valve assures you you'll have a way to get the games in your library in some way. I read it a long time ago though, you might want to see for yourself for any details.

To me, it's just annoying, and a pathetic way for manufacturers to get some product placing. I don't care what you used to reply to me, and I don't care if it was an iPhone, an iPad, a Blackberry or whatever.

I want to give them my money so bad, but they won't let me.

Well, I'm glad it was lighthearted I guess. I also have a degree in Astrophysics, Quantum Mechanics, Nanotechnology and Modern Art!

Some of these guys have made more money than you (probably) will in quite a few years and are known by far more people than you will ever be, so yeah...

Stupid people? Linux represents 1% of the player base according to Steam stats. If I were a developer, I wouldn't develop for Linux unless I had plenty of free time, which I'm guessing these guys don't have at the moment. I'm sure it will come eventually, I love Linux myself, but be realistic. No one is gonna sweat it
