It's refreshing to see some common sense here. It's not as common as I'd like to think. I hate when people go all "Omg guys, srsly, some people face different situations so they can't control their food intake c'mon guys." Yes they can, they just don't want to.

So mad. As if anyone needs a DVD or Blur Ray player anymore. Streaming all the way. Personally, I prefer it that Nintendo's consoles don't include the ability to play that media, it makes for a cheaper console, omitting things I won't even use.

Exactly. People who exclusively use tablets for their gaming aren't replacing their consoles or gaming rigs, they didn't have any of those in the first place. They WON'T replace consoles or PC games. Not now, not soon, and hopefully not during my lifetime. A touch interface makes sense for some games, but certainly

Exactly. And it's not bad at all! People are hating it for small, purely visual details while ignoring a ton of great new features, small but noticeable performance boosts, and lower resource consumption. At this point I've given up trying to convince people about this. 98% of the comments related to Windows 8 I see

Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray, click on Open Volume Mixer, tweak individual volumes as you please. It's exactly how it was in Windows 7. If you knew how to do it in 7, you should've known how to do it in 8.

You could use hotkeys or Launchy instead. Much faster than having to move your mouse around.

Good thing you had to click the article that clearly asked what you bought, when you didn't buy anything, but wanted to seem all cool and hipster.

That's cool tell me more.

You're so modern, hip, clever and funny. Tell us more please.

Cool story bro, tell me more.

Yeah I'm so butthurt you got me. Report back when you get past your teens please.

Good argument, I bet you have a lot of valid reasons behind your opinions.

Well, maybe I wasn't clear. That's OBVIOUS. What I meant was that the few times I decided to drink more, I had more tolerance, when we had the same amount and types of drinks. That's what I considered odd. I didn't do it as often as them, but when we did, I they got wasted much earlier than I did. No need to get all

Until about 2 years ago, I didn't drink at all. Even now, I'm a VERY light drinker, just a couple of beers here and there, maybe a glass of wine, maybe a glass of scotch (not all at the same time). Oddly enough, my tolerance has always been much greater than that of my heavy-drinking friends.

The sub 90 IQ club gathers once again.

I understand that all the Black Friday/Cyber Monday craze is most likely a ripoff to make people spend much more than they would normally, but do you have anything to back that up? Or do you just say that in a "Fuck you! I'm different! I'm smarter than everyone else!" kind of way?

Very interesting answer. Have explanations been found for those other anomalies?

When my brother and I (he's 4 years younger than me) were kids, we would get along most of the time, with the occasional fight here and there. I do however, recall being really mean to him sometimes, for different reasons. For the past few years (about 5) to date, I think I could really say he's my best friend. I feel

What's your take on Sleep Paralysis and Night terrors as explanations for what people often call alien abductions? I'm not bashing or anything, but if you have really been studying the phenomenon for 20 years, you must have a interesting take on that.
