There's a census definition and a social definition of what is "White." The former is largely irrelevant as it's a purely legalistic/bureaucratic definition that could change anytime. The latter is the much more relevant definition because it reflects how people really think and has actual consequences in everyday

That's why they hate Obama so much. He got elected without ever seeking the approval Real Americans®. His coalition freaks them out, as it should.

I think Megyn Kelly only takes a stand when she receives some form of direct benefit from it. For example, standing up for (White) women's rights in the face of sexism.

Don't you just love it when some people act as if what made MLK and Mandela great was that they coddled White people?

Remember the racist flap over Donald Glover potentially playing Spiderman?

Conservatism defined: "But what about meeeeeeeee?"

Except for the fact that Asian American/Australian men can also be Americanized or Australianized, especially if they grew up in those countries.

What pisses me off about people like Megyn Kelly is that they do have the capability to get upset at inequality... when it affects them.

What an amazing coincidence that things always just seem to work out for White dudes in a White-dude-run world.

See my distinction between prejudice and self-prejudice.

Racial bias FOR and AGAINST groups are harmful and are obstacles to greater understanding among groups of peoples.

I'm not saying that any man has an inherent right to a woman's body against her will.

"Bitter." "Angry." These are just words to silence people who bring up uncomfortable truths.

Don't feel like divulging too much personal info but:

People always want to assume that it's an either/or proposition: that you either have to be an ineffectual "complainer" OR that you're making real change.

White people, particularly White men, have most of the power and influence in our society.

We shouldn't be arguing so much. I understand your POV, and it seems that you understand mine too.
