you can admire Henry Ford who did it himself. there's no room for admiration when "Govt" had to steal from its people and force this money to fund this. I won't argue we'll eventually get here w/ our cars but if the ideas are so great, free people will toss capital into these businesses. maybe its time we start

Exactly. I drive a thirty+ year old car with a stick and carburetor, but I got passed on my bike the other day by a Model S and holy cow would I drive that. Simply beautiful and I wouldn't feel like a tool like I would in a Panamera\A8\S Class. Plus it seats seven!

Congrats Tesla, I wish I could afford one :(

I second that, RS6 Avant and E63 AMG Wagon for the win!

AGREE.

What model is the Volvo? I'm looking at getting a 2005 V50 T5 w/ 6-speed manual.

But everyone knows you simply use your other hand to text/eat/drink when you drive a manual transmission car. Sure, it could be used for "more important" things - like steering for instance. As long as your car's alignment is proper, it should track straight... right?

My girlfriend, God bless her, was the scariest driver - I mean white knuckled, rocketing out of every corner, late braking not paying attention to other road users and never driving defensively and OMG THIS IS A FIRST GEN HYUNDAI SANTAFENOTAFERRARI sort of dangerous driving. I made her buy a stick for this exact

Exactly why my daughter drivers a stick. And she loves it because she knows it makes her a better driver.

We drove one a while back. It was nice, but it didn't feel like that much more than a faster Cayman. For the price it was hard to justify the thing, seeing as how we then got an S6, which is faster, more comfortable, loaded to the gills with gadgets and tech, and also SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS less. I'm sure it doesn't

I've posted this before, but I'm going to post it again becasue I think it fits.

There is no R32 of the current Golf. There is a Golf R. Maybe thats what you were thinking of.

Here's a fact for you. The convertible 944/968 wasn't designed that way. Porsche simply contracted the American Sunroof Company to chop the roofs off the coupe bodyshells. No extra strengthening. For that reason, as well as the shite engine, it's a pipe full of crack

Forget that GIF. You should watch the whole video. The guys who did that make a bunch of other awesome CG videos for the Red Bull racing series. Beautiful work.

+ a few hundred thousand towards that idea!

Buy a 918 with the Martini Livery! Might require some loans, however.

No.

I think you've confused silly with fewking awesome.

WHAT THE FUCK!!!! Hummer didn't make it?

Parents need to start raising their kids with at least some respect for cars and the road. The problem is that most parents just view their car as a tool to get from point A to point B, and their children will be raised to view cars in the same way. One week of driving school isn't going to overshadow what you've
