I seriously considered a CPO HHR SS to replace my Mazda 3 but even the CPOs in my area all looked beat to hell. I guess it's one of those cars you really need to buy new.
I nominate the Caliber SRT-4. On paper it is a manual, turbo, "wagon" that looks pretty aggressive. So what if it torque steers you into a ditch every chance it gets and has horrendous build quality? You are just going to hoon it to death anyway. Honorable mention, HHR SS (though that car wasn't too bad).
Nice. I will remember that.
You have no idea how many times I have been tempted just to open the ramp on some car.
A few years back my wife created an "Access Alliance" at her college to bring forth issues that affected the disabled students, among them parking. Apparently, a large portion of the student body becomes "disabled" when it rains. They took pictures of all the cars parked in the handicapped spots and forwarded them to…
Well, you could always buy yourself a nice gift :)
She can cook/bake too :) But not all is perfect, she does not approve of me blowing a large chunk of my check on the monthly payments for an M3, so no V8 sport-sedan for me. Are you married/dating? If so, email her the link maybe she will get the hint and deliver this holiday. If you are single, I am not qualified…
I don't work for Imagine Lifestyles. They offered my company a discount code to share with friends and clients. Being that most of the readership here admires high end sports cars most of us do not have the financial means to get our dream car for the holidays, I figured I would share the opportunity to drive one at a…
Not spam this is for real. Just thought that if anyone would want to take advantage of it Jalopnik readers would.
You will have a great time. While I am sure you have no trouble car buying since you are a Jalop. If you have any less knowledgeable friends who need help with the process could you please tell them about www.automatchconsulting.com. That would be awesome. I'm also on FB: facebook.com/automatchconsulting
The coupon code should not expire. But spaces do fill up fast.
My wife, who is awesome, wanted to get me a Ferrari last year but it just wasn't in the budget, so she bought me an opportunity to drive one on a racetrack through Imagine Lifestyles. Even though the track was a little wet on the day of my event I still got the F430 up to 120 on the front straight of NJ Motorsports…
I will save my rant about handicapped access and just say this: most of the time, in the US, places/things are made accessible because they are forced to via ADA , lawsuits etc...In other parts of the world places/things are made accessible because its the right thing to do. And don't give me the bullshit "we need to…
Can we nominate for Hoon of the Decade?
So it appears several of you have mentioned bacon, that is what I get for not clicking "view all" comments.
All those abandoned restaurants with fry-oil sitting around could come in handy. Sure it takes work to convert. but doable.
