Musk is very good at giving money to smart people to make things. He can and should stay in that lane.

NFTs are worth nothing.

Unless you can find a sucker to give you 2.9 million dollars for one.

It actually does make sense (surprisingly). If you view this world as yet another world Sora is visiting, his appearance should change as it does most times he travels to a new place.

I bet we do eventually get to see old Sora’s design.  Probably just at the end, though.

I think they’ve earned a lot of good will with the FF7 remake, so I’d LOVE to see a FF9 one.  (And 8, while we’re at it!)

Well damn, I’m an idiot! Sorry Caroline, definitely aimed for the snarker!

I’ve never seen it either, but I am truly baffled by your need to come in here and shit on it for literally no reason other than your own superiority complex.

I will never understand the somewhat positive response to Malignant, and I’m VERY forgiving with horror movies.

It was absolutely ludicrous but not in a way that I found fun at all. And the “twist” was obvious from the prologue... I do not understand why they didn’t try to hide it better.

It may be a small part of this article but I find the criticism of their indiana jones / explorer / pulp adventure homage attire in their promo video to be particularly strange, especially when coupled with the implication that it would have been better if their attire was based in the cultures of the campaign. I’m just curious what his sexuality would have to do with anything?

Scanned the article for it before I posted, but either I missed it or it was updated later with the link. Oops!

Besides being a gargantuan piece of shit, Rudy’s got a uniquely terrible and recognizeable voice. There’s no way they didn’t know who he was before he was unmasked.

They had Sarah Palin on it 2 years ago. She sang “Baby Got Back.”

I am dead serious.

Unfortunately I think a lot of people who buy them know exactly what they’re getting. They just think it has value when it doesn’t or that it will become more valuable in the future when it won’t. Anyone else just isn’t doing their research before throwing down their money.

I’m not being disingenous. You literally

Don’t you get what you pay for with NFTs also? The difference is that most people don’t understand what they are (trash) before they dive in. You’re buying something that’s worthless, but you get the thing you meant to buy. You just didn’t understand it.

Hasn’t exploitation been an issue in online gaming since the

tysm

I’m unclear on how this is legal. I’m sure his donation website had some sort of legal CYA language a la kickstarter about no obligation to deliver, etc., but this seems to go beyond that into criminal territory, no?

Well minors shouldn’t be allowed to make any purchases in games, period. Regardless of if they’re NFTs, microtransactions, DLC, etc.

Companies are latching onto them now because they seem like a quick, easy way to make money from uninformed people. That’s nothing new and not relegated to NFTs, and certainly not

The NFT stories are annoying, but I can’t get too upset about suckers getting conned when there’s plenty of information out there on why they’re bad.

So if Ethereum manages to change their technology so that they’re not environmentally damaging (they claim to be moving that way, lets for the sake of argument say it happens, however unlikely). Then what? Don’t NFTs just become microtransactions in that they’re scams that gullible people will waste money on?

You

NFTs are not the reason why everyone is gonna drown, and claiming that is kinda my point about hyperbole, though?
