I've never played Earthbound, but I'd be up for trying it someday. Not really sure how to get my hands on it though.

Stickers? How...cheap. Oh well, it's free so I guess I shouldn't be complaining, plus I don't have a 3DS anyway!
My first username was "poorguy171." I picked "poorguy" because I was in 6th grade and thought I was poor (since, you know, I was a kid who had an allowance). Numbers were the usual birthday stuff. It was a terrible name, and I unfortunately used it for years.
Love the art style (of course, loved it in Odin Sphere too), but other than that looks somewhat generic and not very interesting. Multiplayer could be fun, but generic classes means the story won't be anything like Odin Sphere, which it looks a little too similar to. I'll keep tabs on it, especially since Atlus…
I can understand Unlimited Saga (also my pick), but I was a big fan of Romancing SaGa! A much better game, and an actual video game instead of a video-tabletop-game.
When my parents finally let us get a PS2, I KNEW I wanted Final Fantasy X. I had been playing handheld RPGs and of course I'd heard of the famous Final Fantasy series (and had played FFTA, the only FF game on the GBA at the time). In my RPG craze, I started poking around Square-Enix's website to see what other games…
Oooooh yeah you've got Theodore. I've been playing as the guy so I completely forgot about the choice! I guess never mind about the quests then—you can just make the trek in one night no problem.
This reminds me that I want to buy Half Minute Hero still...
Elizabeth is the attendant with Igor in the Velvet Room (blue outfit, short platinum blonde hair). Maybe you haven't gotten far enough in the game to get requests yet?
You can, and many people did this in the original P3 because the night before the full moon was the only night where you wouldn't get tired while exploring. Personally, however, I prefer to spread it out so I don't get bored when trying to make a long trek the night before.
Figures. Nintendo has always had the worst systems for save file management—even on the GCN/Wii. At least I can with the Vita!
I'd be more okay with that if more Western developers were breaking free from the Western norms. I don't want all games to converge on one single art style.
Absolutely, but what's different is the general art style, world design, and approach overall. The dragons in Lunar are VERY different from those in Skyrim, for a number of reasons.
That's a relief! Now the systems just need more games I'm actually interested in.
Can you move the save to an SD card and it's just still linked to the DS cart, or can you not move the saves off at all? Just curious because KerrWasHere gave a different answer.
Japan, please don't try to mimic classical Western fantasy. Every WRPG ever (unless it's sci-fi) already uses it and never does anything with it. You have your own unique styles, please stick with this. If everything becomes wizards, dwarves, elves, and (Western) dragons, I will be VERY disappoint.
I get just as excited about really nice disc art. And now save files are much easier to manage. That's my biggest concern about buying Vita or 3DS—is there any way to back up your save files from the carts, or are they locked together (as in, if I lose the game, I've lost my save)?
Definitely. There is a HUGE difference between saying a character is attractive and actually, ya know, doing stuff.
Agreed, I MUCH prefer the social links in 4. I'm playing P3P right now, and I'm finding it pretty hard to care about most of my social links, although none of them are past halfway. But in P4, I'm drawn into each of the characters/stories after just a few levels. And it's really nice getting to know my family/party…
I often find characters to be attractively drawn. It doesn't mean I'm actually/sexually attracted to them, I recognize that they're not real (and if they were real looking exactly like that, it would be extremely creepy: [youtu.be]). I guess you could say my mind is able to translate the art style into a real…
