Jason, I think you and I have polar opposite tastes when it comes to RPGs that aren’t the Suikoden or Trails series.

I’m in the EXACT SAME BOAT! I just moved and have a huge collection of old games that I can’t bring myself to get rid of (and many of them I still go back an play). I even have the consoles to play them on.
I thought the 3rd book was going to heavily feature Breath of the Wild. Did I make that up?
I am CONSTANTLY floored by how negative gamers are about just about everything. Even games that are great will have their flaws nitpicked to hell and brought to the forefront of any discussion.
Disappointed it’s not coming to Switch. And I hope this time we get the physical release that Japan got for PS3!
Manufacturing variation sounds about right to me. I have had absolutely zero connectivity issues with my left Joy-Con, even after clocking 80+ hours on Zelda. And most of that time was spent with the 2 Joy-Cons separated from the console and me in bed and sometimes with the controllers under the covers!
I have NEVER bought a game console at launch. There are various reasons for that, including lack of compelling launch software and too high a price for uncertainty.
I recently purchased the latest Deus Ex as a Christmas present for my brother. Normally I NEVER purchase from Gamestop, but they were the only retailer that had it on sale for $25 new. I purchased a “new” copy from the store at the local mall.
I was so happy to see Suikoden V on this list! Whenever people talk about Suikoden, II gets all the attention. But V is just as good (if not better), and it’s one of my favorite games of all time! It’s even my avatar here!
Is there any way to rematch trainers? This has been one of my favorite features, although some games implemented it better than others.
I don’t care about shiny or gender too much, but you can bet I’m SRing for a good nature!
Can I request the source of that fantastic artwork used as the header image? It doesn’t look like official art, but I’d love to see the full piece!
It also apparently crashed the Trainer Club part of pokemon.com because it’s not letting me log in with my Trainer Club account, and when I go to that section on the website it just gives an error message.
Considering the preorders (which is NOT EVEN BUYING THE PRODUCT) sold out within a couple hours over 4 months before the game was released, there is no excuse for not manufacturing more of the product.
That’s great. Too bad their handling of the Special Edition has been so insulting to fans. I’m torn between supporting and playing a series I love, and refusing to support a company called who would treat their loyal fan base with such disrespect.
Call me when they start including PS2 or PS1 games, so I don’t need. to have 3 different consoles hooked up to my TV anymore 😒
I was just in Seoul last week visiting my brother who teaches English in Korea, and we walked by that place! I elected not to go in unfortunately. We did also pass by the place below it that sells poop bread (bread shaped like poop, not bread made of poop.
I’m holding back my excitement. Star Ocean 3 was one of my favorite games on the PS2 back in the day. Star Ocean 4 was also enjoyable my first time through, but I tried replaying it later, and it felt like a chore. Some of the characters were just obnoxious and the dungeons were just too generic and long.
I just love the combination of past and present tense, even in the same sentence! It's stirring!
Yes, there will be one point he was at the same location at the same time.
