I got to say, I am excited about the new Star Fox. However...yes, it’s clear Nintendo has no idea what it’s doing with Metroid anymore. My spidey sense is also tingling insofar that I’m starting to think that the new Zelda will not be a strictly Wii U release, but perhaps a Wii U/NX thing like they did with Twilight

I agree a lot with what you've been saying except regarding Star Fox. It is not known for its multiplayer and I can't think of anyone I know who ever bought SF for multiplayer. It's always been a single player experience with mp added as an afterthought.

Really? You honestly think that an iPhone 6 is a shitty phone? People turn everything into a pissing contest. Nintendo vs Sega. Sony vs Microsoft. Microsoft vs Apple. Apple vs Google. Someday it will occur to you that different people have different preferences. My preference for an iPhone doesn’t negate the fact that

I’m a gamer. I have an iPhone. Anecdotal checkmate.

And here I was still celebrating the fact that I took down Ebrietas on my last blood vial.

To be perfectly honest, I don’t even really care much about the NX at this point. Just looking forward to seeing the future for the Wii U.

20,000? Wow. I live in a big city and go to a few festivals/cons and definitely average only a couple thousand in a year.

Exactly. Media doesn't directly cause anything. Rather, the values and messages in games may reinforce certain social dominant attitudes and beliefs.

Sadly, and it pains me to say, I agree. I think it hurts feminism to say that there can’t be discourse around feminism. I consider myself a feminist, but I do hope events like this inspire a conversation about how they can be avoided in the future. Yes, it’s just one instance of false accusation in perspective with

Your first paragraph really resonated with me because it’s something I thought about deeply as well. This is exactly how we are told to respond to victims, and it honestly just exploded in about the worst way it possibly could.

RS didn’t break the story, they made the story. There would be no story if RS had not investigated it. The other outlets just reported on what RS wrote because they trusted RS vetted their sources and facts.

Because in Atlanta, the taxi services have been awful for years. Uber and Lyft come along and tap into a market that has always been here, but taxis were too incompetent to take advantage of it. Now, I guarantee you there are thousands of Uber rides daily in Atlanta and the surrounding area. We use it on the weekends

Thankfully, most Uber rides don't end this way. My partner takes Uber a lot (probably 1-2 times per week) and the only bad experiences she had has been with drivers who don't know their way around. But still, her safety precautions are as follows:

I've been extremely skeptical to buy any Telltale games since my PC version of Walking Dead season 1 save files got erased during episode 4. I was thereafter unable to keep a save file for more than a couple days. I was so invested in the game, I borrowed a friend's PS3 disc version to finish it. I have not bought a

My iPhone 6 came with a wall charger and USB cord though.

I loved The Simpsons Tapped Out and put a lot of time into it. One day mysteriously...my town was gone. The whole thing. I was aghast. I tried everything to restore it, but it was just somehow gone. No clue what happened. I deleted the app thereafter. A month later, same thing happened to my friend who had been

To be fair, when it first came out I thought it was well done. Played it quite regularly during the first few months of release. I came back to it not too long ago and was kind of shocked. The game is completely overhauled for the worse. They scrapped the awesome world map for something much more linear. The levels

You realize that most Japanese businesses do the same thing because this is a nationwide tradition, right? It's not just Apple doing this.

So many good soundtracks this year, but surprised Child of Light isn't on here. Probably in my top 5 favorite soundtracks of all time at this point, and the battle themes are incredible. But yeah, it was a killer year for soundtracks, can't really dispute most of these choices.

Surprised how dismissive Jez is of this.
