He'll always be Liquid Snake to me. Even when he voiced half the guards in AC2, it just sounded like Liquid Snake screaming at Ezio.

Based on past platinum rewards, you likely won't get it until December. That's how it has been for me the past two years or so.

These are extremely compelling arguments.

I'm all over this. I've been holding off on buying an XL in hopes that a Zelda 3DS XL would be released. Just waiting for the formal announcement state-side so that I can pre-order it.

It's funny, because I distinctly remember a very different discussion about this game when it first came out. I don't have as much time as I did years ago to sink into gaming, so I do pay attention to word-of-mouth and reviews on websites. I remember the general consensus on Kotaku and elsewhere was that Mirror's Edge

Yup. Wind Waker bundle was my Wii U tipping point. This is my XL tipping point.

This is why I held off buying an XL. The second this gets a North American confirmation, I'm pre-ordering. Nintendo, you know so well how to take all of my money. You did it with the Windwaker Wii U bundle as well.

I don't buy the "everything is wrapped up all tidy" thing. His family is destroyed. Jesse is damaged beyond repair. Children have lost their parents. He left Walt Jr (albeit a very sizable amount) only a fraction of what he actually made, the rest went to fill the coffers of some horrible people. But really, how can

That...would actually be kind of amazing.

I don't know what to think.

I think people give shit to every new Zelda game. It's inevitable. Since Ocarina, they hate it at first, then after several years, love it.

Kind of curious to see how it runs on an iPad Mini and iPhone 5. I'm thinking it should be fine on the 5, but I'm wondering about the Mini since its hardware is similar to iPad 2. IB2 ran pretty well on my Mini, really had no issues, but I know 3 will be a bit more intensive.

As someone who has put probably 50 hours into IB1 and 2 individually, I think you're trolling.

I've said it a couple times today: I really think last night's episode may have been the best episode of television that I've ever seen.

At 28, I feel old saying this. I'm probably in the minority, but I wouldn't care if games were played on controller or mouse/keyboard forever. It's what I know and am comfortable with. It's what I like and have been doing since someone shoved an NES controller in my hands at 5 or 6. I don't need VR and helmets and HEY

This is probably my favorite mobile series. Really excited about this. I wonder how it'll run on the iPad Mini and 5, the two iOS devices I have. I have a feeling I may need to keep this on my 5 since the Mini's tech is a bit older.

They would be shooting themselves in the foot if it only worked on the very newest model of a phone.

I loved Origins immensely, was one of my favorite games of the last few years.

Any Kotaku-ites going to DragonCon? This will be my 4th year going. There's lots of gaming panels too. It's probably my favorite convention to go to. Just a good celebration of sci-fi/fantasy/anime/gaming/literature/nerdy culture. Plus there's usually some awesome gaming parties/tournaments going on.

Always been 10 as far as I know, and I got my 3DS a few months after launch.
