Any Focus with a Zetec and a 5-speed. Out of the thirty or so cars I've owned the pair of ZX3s proved to be the least troublesome, even beating an '02 Civic by miles. The automatics weren't unreliable, but they are known to have solenoid issues. Even so, you can swap the bad ones out in less than half an hour.

Our E63 is the same way. Fuel pools in the recess for the fuel pump at anything over 3/4 of a tank. Started happening right after the warranty expired.
