This accident had nothing to do with racing. Also, in the 50 years of racing at Reno there has been one incident that claimed spectator lives (the one involving the P-51 in 2011). Since then they have revised the course and instituted new safety regulations.

Ha! They look a little odd, but they're economical, fast, and pretty fun. The Rangemaster model is actually quite sleek.

It's a Navion. They were originally designed by North American, but then the design was sold to Ryan. They're one of my favorite civilian aircraft.

They're missing White Lightnin', now owned by Red Bull.

Audi has a pretty awesome infotainment system, so if it's anything like that then good deal.

I've been dreaming of a Quattroporte for some time, but damn if that ad didn't give me goosebumps and a desire for the baby Maserati.

The AMG M156/M159 more than deserves a place on this silly list.

The Prius brake feel is "great"? No, it's not. You must not have driven anything else. Ever. The brake feel is simply terrible. It is merely an on and off switch for the electric pump that pressurizes the hydraulics.

Worst: Any Toyota Prius

Always wanted one of these.

TaleSpin was the only cartoon that I enjoyed watching as a kid. I honestly don't remember any other show being SO DAMN IMPORTANT I MUST WATCH IT MOM! But that had to do with the fact that I grew up surrounded by aircraft. One of which was a Grumman Goose. Cutter's Goose to be exact. Serial number 1051, the very plane

They have. The upcoming 2015 S65 will make use of the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Pre '06 Navigators had DOHC 5.4s, always an engine I've wanted to swap into a Mustang. But that would also do a fantastic job of motivating a Vic.

Best

Those are MR2s...

Someone has proboably already mentioned this one, but Kinja sucks so bad I can't tell. Mk IV Toyota Supras seem to be appreciating. Way too many of them going for $30k+

Now playing

Pratt & Whitney R-2800 when they're mounted to a Grumman F7F Tigercat. At Reno the sound dominates the field.

Sounds like great advice, just unfortunate circumstances kept it from working out.

What about the W211 E63s? Ours can't be filled above 3/4 or fuel leaks out and puddles on top of the tank. Mercedes keeps turning their head and ignoring the issue. http://jalopnik.com/5928347/5-million-class-action-lawsuit-alleges-mercedes-concealed-fuel-leak-risk-from-customers
