Who isn't?!
Who isn't?!
It was very good. You probably will...
I'm with OfficialJab on this one. In Temple of Doom he fell out of a plane and rode down a mountain in an inflatable raft. The Indiana Jones movies are fantastical and over the top adventure movies. That's the whole point. I, personally, see no difference in him searching for the Holy Grail or a Crystal Skull. They…
Don't I know it! That's how I got my girlfriend! Ba dum BUM!
Okay... now that truly is disturbing. Not just that some dude jerks off to Ulysses. Not just that some dude frequently gets caught masturbating on school campus. And not just that that dude had a girlfriend! But she was a professor at that same school, and never asked him to just knock it the fuck off?! People go to…
Yeah. I will agree with that, but I think it only "seemed" like good planning. As you say. I really think George was expecting him to be the new Boba Fett or something ludicrous like that. When that didn't happen, and he realized people hated the character he turned him into a dupe for Palpatine. Just my opinion, I…
Jar Jar got redeemed? You mean by creating the Empire?! That's redemption now?! Wow. We have really set the bar low for Jar Jar...
TDK touched on his detective prowess a little when he was first tracking the Joker, analyzing a crime scene, etc. But that is my biggest complaint with Nolan's Batverse. He is not the World's Greatest Detective by any means. He's a ninja with an awesome crime computer and unlimited funding. Which I love, it's just a…
Yeah I know what you mean. It's TDKR overload these days. I try to avoid it, but if I am on the internet for even a few moments a day I fail at that.
No, he has confirmed several times that TDKR will begin eight years after TDK and the death of Harvey Dent. To me this is perfect, as it allows for Gordon to really have shaped the GCPD into what it should be, and it allows Batman to become a myth again. Not a dude who crashes parades and has rocket launcher fights on…
I agree. I am a fan of both films. They show different sides of the creature, and different themes of the mythos. The comic does the same thing. It's okay to have a contemplative Hulk, as well as a Hulk who smashes, but I just don't think most people were ready for a two and half hour haiku on what it means to be a…
Hahaha. The same thing happened to me without even realizing it!
Every single word of that second paragraph was fucking mind blowing. I'm already sold just based off the concept of that commercial.
Actually, to hear him say it, it seems to just be an Official title change for Jeb. Who has basically been lead designer for months now anyway while Notch has been handling more of the business end of things.
I agree 100%. You and I have a similar take on Minecraft. Shame on you, Reviewer! Some of us like SP!
Yeah. My internet connection is pretty unstable, so I've never even messed around with multiplayer. I rarely do anyway. I prefer playing games with people in the same room as me, or by myself. But I have poured dozens of hours into Minecraft Single Player. It's awesome. I feel this review kind of slighted that mode.
But you're still missing the point... It was -always- a $30 game! You and I and many of us just got it at a discount because we preordered it. There was no price hike. This has been the business model since he decided to release it originally. I'm not taking a side as to whether the game is worth the price or not,…
I believe we are getting an animated Addams Family from Tim Burton somewhere down the line. Not sure if that's what you were hoping for, but there it is.
ToEE was the shit. As faithful to tabletop D&D as could possibly be imagined. I think I heard they are rereleasing it with NWN 1 & 2 and all the expansions in a single bundle.
... Do... away... with the dice rolls? You are looking for a different game, friend. This is D&D. We roll dice in these parts.
