Not gonna lie, I had Skyrim pirated and installed like 3-4 hours before US East Coast launch lol. (I did actually buy the game for full price soon after, just couldn’t at launch)

I don’t recall if the 980 Ti was out yet in May, I know it was released around the same time as FFXIV Heavensward, but my memory is kind of awful right now.

In any case, I wasn’t aware that this was that old, so I guess that makes a little more sense. Though I still can’t wrap my head around some of the other choices

Gonna agree to disagree on this one. AMD + CF over Nvidia single card or even SLI is a huge dealbreaker.

The benchmarks can say whatever they want, but when the software causes game-breaking issues 4-5 times out of 10, doesn’t matter how well the card performs when everything does work.

For someone who spent $6800 on

Benchmarks mean nothing when the hardware is supported by shit software. Poor choice of card, period. Not to mention the 295X2 is a crossfire card with dual GPUs... Link all the benchmarks you want, that’s a card that is totally impractical.

The nitpicking is because so much money was spent yet so many things in the build just don’t make sense. It’s just completely illogical to spend that much money and make such poor choices while doing so.

That’s what I was thinking. Put so much money into a custom loop and practically neglected to choose actual good parts..

My thoughts exactly. Poor choices like crazy here.

Hell yes.

Logitech has a line of mice that do work on glass though, so it’s viable. I would never do it, but still viable.

Not to mention that many are poorly ported from the Windows platform lol.

Yeah I saw the price and saw the parts, and I’m utterly confused... I just ordered all the parts for a new rig, spent $2500, and it’s on par with this if not better in many areas.. I feel like more money was spent on the water cooling loop and aesthetics than actual performance.

Performance-wise up until the shit hits the fan because it’s actually a lesser card but running dual GPUs in crossfire...

Nope.

I’m 99% sure that Activision made a deal with Sony and this is the result. Sony has been playing dirty ever since the PS4 and Xbox One came out, so it’s a pretty logical assumption.

I think a huge part of it is the number of hunters that despite playing a class that’s so simple, fail to execute those important mechanics in raid settings. I’ve seen it time and time again and to me, it’s a great explanation for why people hate on them so much.

Project Eternity, but beyond that I can’t name anything.

I’m a bit annoyed because I’ve been guaranteed access on PC for months now, and I still have yet to be given access; Yet after getting a code yesterday for Xbox One, I already have Xbox One access... Sure I could try it out on Xbox, but I’d much rather play on PC. *rage*

I’m pretty sure the idea here is that you can max out all of them, just not necessarily the moment you create your character..

Hawt

I played this once, I forget why I stopped but now I kinda wanna download it again.
