Heheh.

Plus I just love to be able to customize my own build and personalize it.

That in itself makes it worth the money to me. :)

Well I don't care about the online requirements because it's not a problem for me.

What I'm talking about specifically is the fact that on PC, once you buy a game, that's it.

You can't sell it, trade it, loan it, or anything like that. Sure with Steam you can gift it, but you can do that with anything because it's not

Rofl. Well, still more of a life than half of the people here :P

Wait, what?! You mean to say that you actually have a life?!

So many people on here are so worried about when their console stops being playable for a couple of days like it's the end of the world. Don't people have anything better they can do to occupy their time? Granted I love to spend time playing my games, but if

True, true. Which is unfortunate, but I guess it doesn't make too much of a difference to me. I really don't have any issue with console gaming, except for the console war. I absolutely hate console-bashing.

They are allowing the third party to put in the DRM, which is basically the same as the XB1. They simply revealed it to us in a far less blunt manner. At the very least they are saying that their first party games won't have the DRM, which is cool, but it's still not really all that different. MS just has a far more

The sad truth.

That's what I call being lazy. Most errors people have with PC games have EXTREMELY simple fixes. 99% of the time it only takes a moment to get the game running.

And at least if something goes wrong with a PC game I can fix it by just taking a few minutes of my time to figure it out. If something goes wrong with a

And runs far more smoothly, I bet. 2 years later and I'm still enjoying Skyrim without the terrible clunkiness that plagues the console versions, and looking infinitely better even without mods (though I do use texture mods and such regardless, which just makes it THAT much better.)

Once again, you forget to factor in subscription fees and the pricing on console games.

Now THERE I've got to disagree. I can't agree that the new consoles are pieces of shit. While I will agree that they are technologically behind compared to PCs, I for one am excited for the new consoles. Not only for the console exclusives, but also because the limitations on PC gaming that came into effect as a

Not to forget $60/game and a lack of awesome Steam sales.

It costs more initially, but it costs far less in the long run because the games are so much less expensive.

"2-3 years"

Except if a PC gamer spends "thousands of dollars" on a gaming rig, it lasts a LOT longer than that. I just built a new computer last year after using the same build for 8 years and never upgrading it, while STILL running games at higher quality/framerates than the current gen consoles.

That being said, I

Yep! :D And that's why I have no problem with the Xbox One's DRM policies. They're actually STILL more lenient than PC DRM (with the exception of the occasional DRM free providers, although they usually only sell older games)

While I SOMEWHAT agree with you... To be fair, the PCs that most people own aren't sufficient enough to run PC games. Also, Windows (MS), so Microsoft gets 2 pieces of the pie anyways.

I'm working class AND a college student and I have all consoles (except Wii U because there really isn't anything on the Wii U that I want...) and a gaming PC built by myself. :D

inb4 "You don't have your priorities straight."

Oh well, I can play all exclusives and that's all that matters to me. :)

Those issues happen far less than non-PC-gamers think..

That's a fair argument.

I guess it really just comes down to personal preference and the things each of us will tolerate.

I personally don't have a huge issue with dishing out $60/game. Granted I have a job and I go to college, so my time to play them is limited, but I don't buy that many games to begin with.

Usually

It was one of the main things that actually utilized it well, but there were a few other things here and there. I personally thought Rise of Nightmares was pretty cool despite needing some more polish.

*shrug*

Either way, I have nothing against the Kinect. At the very least it came in handy whenever I lost my mic, lol.
