On second look here is a review of the older model and they are reporting benchmarked it got up to 150 before the second GPU cut out. Maybe my games weren't that taxing but I have run 5 hour gaming sessions on BF3 without an external fan and never experienced a worrisome heat. It's really up to you on what you want,

In your lap it may get hot. I keep mine well ventilated when not at home but at home I have a fan just in case. Like I said though I haven't had problems out of it. I need the fan at home though because I hook it up to my TV and play with a controller. My TV, DVR and Xbox produce a lot of heat cramped together the way

I got a Lenovo prebuilt laptop not a custom laptop with SLI 750M for $900 USD and I never reach above 90 degrees fahrenheit in the most GPU taxing of games.

Your avatar needs to go back please. Also Wobbuffet has always been that strong since they got him in Johto.

On your home screen there are no ads. Only ads you get ate when you go to the store section.

Except there is not OMG stop pretending to understand things you don't those are most recent used applications. Here is my dashboard in the wild and everything on the home screen I own besides a small sliver that wants to show me around the features.

I am forever gray. :-(

Anyone else not having any problems on the Xbox One? I've only had two issues if I play for a few hours the game force closes sometimes and the challenge "I'm lovin it" isn't tracking. Game is doing great for me connection wise and I haven't noticed any mass exodus on servers.

Now playing

2 examples of how hip firing works there at 00:07 and 01:16. Though this product is useless in normal mode but it would be handy in hardcore.

You're doing it wrong. In normal mode it is useless where it excels is hardcore where there are no crosshairs for hip shooting. I used one for a long time until I switched to normal mode. You're just putting a crosshair on a crosshair XD. Was fun using it before in the Bad Company games where there was no bullet drop

I hate to be the hipster but sad fact is a lot of stuff that is "pop culture garbage" I enjoyed before fan girls go crazy over it. I find it sad that as a 22 year old man the stuff I find interesting ends up being crap 12 year old girls go nuts over. Like Twilight and The Hunger games for example and now one of my

Surprised I had to scroll down this far to find this. Seems most of the top comments didn't even watch the video in discussion. Though "I don't know where Morgan Freeman came in"to this.

Actually the careers do revel in it.

Yeah I get that my laptop is i7 2.3GHZ quad with up to 3.3 boost. Still though I would hope MS can at least get the 3.0 running at speeds acceptable for 7200RPM drives, I mean they planned this console with drive you can't upgrade and added three USB 3.0 ports knowing games will run about 50GB with mandatory installs.

I don't understand the logic here. Why would 3TB internal be better than 3.5TB total and why would I have to uninstall a bunch of stuff with 3.5 and not 3? If anything upgrading the internal when you run out of space seems more a hassle, I would have to uninstall 500GB worth of games then reinstall them then say I

Sure it is a 3.0 port? Typically blue or maybe the drive is 2.0? For the longest time when I had a budget laptop I kept getting that message and was like WTF I have a 3.0 drive and have used every port. My dumbass finds out I don't have a 3.0 port later mind you this was like 2005 and I was still in high school

My PC I've had no problems with games on 3.0 as I told a previous poster in BF3 I got better map load times out of a 3.0 connected SSD than my internal 5400RPM drive. I'll admit the 360 is sluggish with USB games as I've had arcade games I've brought to friends houses. The 360 is a completely different architecture

Yes other factors may be at play but if the factors are on a software level (as there should be 0 hardware level factors and if the port is not performing right it is a faulty port) then there is nothing that suggest at least on the Xbox One there will be any differences in lag between the internal HDD and a external

This is true we may have to wait and see how the Xbox handles it. In my experience though I have gotten better speeds from a USB connected SSD than the 5400RPM HDD in my laptop while I was waiting for my mSATA SSD to ship. At least in BF3 my level load times were greatly reduced.
