Julius Randle should retire after what Embiid did to him last night. It was terrifying and cruel and awesome.

There are some really interesting parallels with the Houston/CP3 trade here. “Cranky and ball-dominant” describes both ex-Clipper guards and neither one is demonstrably better at running an offense than the guys they joined up with.
It’s kind of a rip off but it’s the only chain that doesn’t make you feel like something old died inside your body.
Pizza Hut is surprisingly good going down. Then your asshole blooms and you die.
It’s not just that they didn’t pick up his option: he straight up isn’t playing. He got some run against the Raptors a few weeks back but has been DNP-BAD for the Sixers’ other 6 or 7 games. Kind of amazing he can’t get ten minutes a night as a shittier Kanter.
You’re not wrong about any of that. There’s more to worry about with Cavs, certainly, as they definitely got worse–at least until Isaiah comes back. We’ll see then. The Warriors losses have been uncharacteristic in some ways (mainly in that they were at home) but the reasons they’ve lost (O-boards, turnovers) are the…
They’ve just been kinda bad at everything, defensively. Closing out on shooters really slow, giving up offensive rebounds, getting confused on switches, etc. In other words, they’re doing nothing that made them a terrifying defensive team last year.
They’ve been super bad! Don’t think there’s been a single game where they’ve had under 15 TOs and last night’s 25 was a true clownshow. They look equal parts sloppy, disinterested, and arrogant.
I’m sure offseason steal Jeff Green will turn everything around. After all, there’s no history of him actively making every team he’s on worse.
“Like I said before, maybe I’m wrong.”
I feel you, especially on the last paragraph. I’ve rooted for my share of goons and trolls but I know what I’ve signed up for. I’m not going to defend somebody for cock-shotting someone, certainly.
You said a dude punched a dude in the nuts. The “evidence” you provided is a video of him getting slapped in the head. I’m not really that interested in what you “think” you saw when we have actual video that proves no such thing happened. And again, Draymond is ROUNDLY disliked, highly scrutinized, and he has a…
This video shows no nut shot. It’s almost as if it didn’t exist! Crazy, I know.
Click URL. Copy it. Paste it. Those are in the edit menu. I look forward to the smoking gun that apparently only you have uncovered.
Good point, Kelly. Punching dudes from behind is a classic peacemaker move.
I’m with you here! We just have some serious herbs in this thread arguing that he hit Beal in the nuts. We have a video showing that, you know, that didn’t happen. And considering Draymond’s history (and his, shall we say, polarizing reputation), it’s pretty reasonable to assume that if that did happen, we’d have seen…
“Since Draymond has a history of cheap shots, I’m going to argue that’s what started this in spite of providing no evidence whatsoever.”
Yeah, man! Any and all intentional nutshots should be a fine at least. Guys like Draymond and Chris Paul (i.e. repeat offenders) need to be looking at games.
I mean, there are plenty of questionable Draymond plays every season. You don’t have to make one up.
