Sourcing a set of OE wheels and taillights would go a long way for this seller. The regular Del Sol still had a targa top right? The only cool thing about this is that it has machinery to automate it?

Too customized to be valued as even a restomod, and not restomoddy enough to be a restomod. An original P1800 this clean might get to money, but the seller is delusional if they think they’re getting 34K for this inbetweener, especially with no A/C. I don’t hate the build but CP pricing. 

This looks like a project the builder got bored of about halfway through. The wheel choice alone says hasty finish, just slap on whatever is lying around and sell it.

Agreed. I’d also suggest when I see this I am torn 50/50: Does that shine mean it’s as sticky as syrup or would you slip right off? Either way, simply nasty.

Yes, and if you can take wheels off of a Kenworth for your vehicle then you should need a CDL to drive it, and you should never be allowed in the left lane. If you are towing, regardless of vehicle size, then it’s just rude to be in the left lane anyway.

Sometimes, “someone else’s vision” is just as ND as “someone else’s project.” This may be built and maintained to a exquisite standard, but it’s still done to someone’s very specific taste. Unless you have some cosmic soul connection with the seller, it’s going to be meaningless.
