Fair enough. I have lots of cars, so the fobs aren't on key-rings. It's just the fobs. So they slide out of the pocket easily. Suit pants, jeans, basketball shorts, whatever. Slides right out.

No key. Just a fob. Push-button start.
I tried to test drive a Colorado today, and they told me to try again in a month or two. Said the next 2 shipments coming in were already sold. Hopefully that means good things.
So should I leave the key in my pocket, where it will slip out and end up under the seat? Maybe in the cup holder, or door pocket, where it flies out and ends up under the seat? Maybe in a glove box or console, where I have to dig through a bunch of shit to find it every time I park?
Both my keyless cars are pretty low-slung with sporty seats. So when you sit in them all the shit falls out of your pockets.
Double-post. Blah blah Kinja blah blah.
Hi! I'm Billy Mays!
That's my main beef with the fob. With a key, I always know where it is. It's in my pocket, on my dresser, or in the ignition. It seems like I'm always searching for the damn fob when I get out of the car.
Has there ever been a more unnecessary 'innovation' than the keyless ignition? Fob runs out of battery, you're stranded, Jack. Drop your lady off at the restaurant before you go find parking, forgetting she has the fob in her purse, you get to block traffic for a while. Fob flips out of the cup holder while you're…
I bought a Caddy CTS V-Sport recently. I have a newish Corvette and a newish truck that have some gizmos, but the Caddy is the first car I've owned that's all tricked out with driver aids and stuff. I've come to the conclusion that everything beyond buttons/dials for climate control, buttons/dials for radio, and…
It's fine. Got me a well. I wore shorts and flip flops today.
Alcohol makes you sleep like shit. Even the expensive kind you drink at home by yourself at a reasonable hour, as opposed to the kind cited above, which you drink in loud places with many people in the wee hours of the morning because it didn't sell and has been discounted to 2 bucks a round.
It's good to be weather-rich. I may take the boat out today. I don't know. So many options.
When I went to the factory back in the day they gave us a pamphlet thing with a yellow roadster on the front. It has been in a frame on my wall ever since.
I came here to say this. 71 degrees right now in San Diego for everyone's information. Think I may drive the convertible today.
Did you ever drive it on a track? We're thinking pretty seriously about an SC for LeMons, but nobody on the team has ever driven one.
I think the Padres are pissing me off with all their Selig love. Last year they named a chunk of Petco Park after him.
Caddy's got it all wrong here. Instead of worrying about the dealerships, how about letting customers choose options?
