“A magical stone isn’t the only “I can’t believe grown-adults take this nonsense seriously” ...”

This is shit. Just absolute shit.

If you search for all articles from this “writer” you will find out that they are all half-assed weekend hackjobs

See, this is the perfect type of article to use a slideshow or video on-One where you need to actually SHOW a process. And yet...

I have never been to a nude beach but if my experience at a hot spring bath in Japan is any indication, after about 5 minutes you cease actually noticing the nudity, or if anything simply start to marvel at how weird everyone’s bodies are (at which point none of them seem weird at all).

We used to make one or two annual trips to a clothing optional beach near Portland, Oregon. That ended a few years ago when a drone hovered over us to take pics then fled back across the river. The gawkers had also gotten out of hand. Even the legendary Little Beach on Maui is now half full of textiles who are just

Didn’t you read the section titled:

people who go to a nude beach usually dont go there to see nude people, they go there because they like to walk around with out clothes, me i only take a bit of sun to burn, and there are some places you really dont want to

Thank you for NOT making this a slide show!

Naomi says that if you can’t or won’t tip, you should stay home

“and Naomi says that if you can’t or won’t tip, you should stay home.”

Yeah that part was a bit ridiculous. If a barista goes above and beyond, gives me recommendations, etc., then yes a tip is warranted. If they’re just doing what they are already getting paid to do? I shouldn’t be expected to tip on every cup of coffee I order. They don’t get paid $2/hr like servers do. If they feel as

Tipping someone for grabbing a cup and filling it with some drip coffee is ridiculous. Maybe if I got some off menu item that took a lot of effort but how about just pay your staff appropriately? We don’t tip the cashier at McDonalds, why is coffee special?

Not EVERYWHERE in the US - only where servers (who make less than minimum wage) are employed.  And we need to be getting away from that model, not deploying it in other spaces where people are paid a full wage.

“Workers rely on their tips. If you can’t support [the staff], don’t bother showing up,”

Naomi says that if you can’t or won’t tip, you should stay home.

Agreed with everything right up to the tipping part.

Tipping to me depends on the place. There is a coffee shop in town where the baristas make a living wage (or as close as we get in the US) and people feel comfortable not tipping, you know, the way it would be in any civilized f’ing society throughout history.

“Workers rely on their tips. If you can’t support [the staff], don’t bother showing up,” she says matter-of-factly.

Seems to handle it as good or better than LP. I have multiple gmail logins and all of them show up as options in the browser extension for BW.
