Tobey Maguire is a good actor and I understand why they cast him for Spider-Man and he did a good job (though I didn't like any of the movies) but ANDREW GARFIELD. WOO. So excited. I just adore him as an actor and the look is very good...and yeah, I'm sooo in.

Maybe I just have low TV (even HBO?) expectations, but I think this looks amazing. I could totally fall in love with this. Bring it!

Exactly! I do a podcast and I was feeling really anxious about how shrill I sometimes felt I sounded, and so I deliberately moderated myself to lower the register just a bit....and now suspect I'm a bit in this "vocal fry" territory...but I'm annoyed that it bothers me (why should it?!) and that it's got a whole

Yes! The breaking is almost as great as everything else about the Stefon character.

Best Weekend Update EVER.

I've never really had a crush on Reeves...but this video totally sold me. So handsome and yet normal (riding the subway like us peons!) and just going about his day while being awesome and kind. Yup, I've come over to the other side.

I think it's got to be Castle. Because the first thing I thought was...I should probably be watching Castle. Love Fillion.

Yeah, just realized. I think the comment can stand though. ;)

Agreed.

Ha. I stand by the comment...though I missed BYU (Idaho).

It's super hard for me to find a top that doesn't look revealing or frumpy as hell thanks to my shape(s). So frustrating.

Sounds about right for Utah. I lived there for about 5/6 years (14 - 17) and again for a year when I was 20, and my whole immediate family still lives there. There's a lot of this craziness especially around BYU/Provo areas.

jon stewart is the best person ever! ;)

A friend of mine in college dated a guy, very tall (and she quite small) and she really liked him but they were totally incompatible in bed because he was far too big for her. It bummed both of them out, but they (fairly quickly) went separate ways.

In all of this, the thing that made me the most uncomfortable (well, other than the sight of Shanna and Ryan kissing, which I will never be able to scrub from my brain) was just how much "in their business" everyone was. It was SO painful to see. I know this show was obviously ABOUT virginity, but I just got the

I feel your pain. We may also be dating the same guy ;) My guy wants to add this horrific kiss to his stable of "funny kisses"...all of which ARE funny but many of which I hate.

I have been thinking about this and I think the germ of the idea might have come from seeing a "workshop" of sorts early on at my dad's office. It wasn't for furniture and was much more metal/wire/whatever based - some kind of engineering? (I STILL don't know what it was for) and my dad didn't work in there but in an

I'm sure that will totally help him feel validated! ;)

At least that kind of makes sense - like you can trace that idea to the lack of representation in commercials...I wish I could figure out where the furniture thing came from!

Haha. Thanks. I usually refrain from telling that story because "massively cute" is not the average response! ;)
