Do you realize there are several countries where spanking is totally illegal? Do you think adult people in the US are notably better off psychologically than people in those countries? 

There needs to be a 100% nationwide BAN against spanking, slapping, beating or otherwise physically assaulting children - no exceptions. It must be shown that this is totally unacceptable, and it must be shown by drawing the line at any level of violence against children. Leaving room for “just a little spanking”…
