only one body pannel is painted so it could just be removed and repainted or swapped

I think this asymmetrical part is the surround molding for a single center mounted windshield wiper

Making this a from the windshield down the front view.

From the test car it appears this car will have a single wiper so I am guess that is what this asymmetrical part is
