I'll take an armored BMW 760li. It's fast, comfortable, doesn't look threatening, and it has VR7/VR9 ballistic protection rating (it can take nearly any bullet and many types of small/medium explosives). Why take some uncomfortable/slow monster of a machine when you could take one of these?

There is no rubber on the wheels. They are just sitting on blocks to test fitment I would guess. Actually the wheels don't even come with the car because according to the seller they are worth more than the car is.
