I’m so pleased you’ve covered YOU, as it’s the first show on Netflix that I confess to bingeing. OK, not from beginning to end (it’s really not my style) but one night I watched 3 episodes in a row because shouting at the screen didn’t sufficiently influence the characters’ behavior and I just had to see what

“The studio has a definite shape in mind for when they see us doing.” Matt Reeves, talking about Warner Brothers.

Tony wakes up next to a horse’s head.

When the Beatles were going to make their version of The Lord of the Rings Ringo was going to be Sam I think. Bombadil would have been cool though.

Dennis Quaid warned us all about this in The Day After Tomorrow, but everyone ignored him!  Now, Jake Gyllenhaal is getting chased by ice wolves!  OPEN YOUR EYES!!!

Already taken by Martin Scorsese’s four-hour Rob Thomas documentary.

Yeah, it’s not like Alabama has a handful of HBCUs, nationally known entertainers, athletes, composers, and civil rights activists like Coretta Scott King or Rosa Parks. Yep, no Black people in the entire state.

How big of a moron do you have to be to NOT realize a really large black man smacking the shit of a successful, rich white dude RARELY goes well for the large black man?  Presumably DL has SOME insight into those injustices.

I always thought “The Grinder” could be a nearly perfect show if Mike Schur was working on it.

I know it’s beside the point, but also

This sounds like it should be based on an already existing British property. The Bells Of Abbotshire or something. There are 7 seasons of 9 episodes each made across 19 years, 4 Christmas specials, and a themed pub.

I can’t wait to knock a couple of these off the shelf.

The twist is that McConaghuey agrees to kill Clarke, but his boat has a failure to launch.

Lots, because someone keeps blowing the bloody doors off.

That just reminds me of OJ Simpson’s (unsolicited) ‘If I Did It’ book.

And to think this guy was a doctor, a teacher at a Summer School and a guy who investigates dead marines? Tchah.

He was in the good one

I loved Justified, watched every episode. I don’t believe you when you say he had no moustache. You can show me all the pictures you want, but I still see it. Every time. All the time.

Oddly, one of my favorite Elliott performance is his cameo in Up In The Air. It’s not as obvious as the similar cameo he did for Reitman as (basically) the Marlborough Man in Thank You for Smoking, and I’m not usually a fan of stunt casting. The role of the chief pilot doesn’t need a big star; it’s the kind of role

This is the doing of Taylor Kitsch, playing 4-d chess while the rest of us play golf tee solitaire.
