Tasty.

It also sounds like the small Tuscan village where you put the names together.

Well, if today proved anything, it’s that Twitter can get your ass fired.

Although, invent for me a president who only exists for 30 days and you may have my vote.

Always surprising to be confronted with the evidence that Donald Trump somehow isn’t perpetually drunk.

“You are about as funny as a child molester,” says the guy whose well of original comedy is nowhere near tapped. “Also, your word-a-day calendar.” Good stuff!

Ouch again! You’re on a roll!

Jack Sock: An apotheosis.

Typing like you speak is not only good advice, it was also a big hit by the Romantics in 1983.

I don’t know that I’ve ever seen “themself” written out before. Heard it a bunch.

Is 0-27 the new 3-1?

Yeah, I can’t think of any team or any player who’s been as unfairly officiated as the Rockets and James Harden.

Ow, sick username burn, “WittyPunUserName.” You showed me.

Who cares what people compare all the fucking time? My point was and remains very simple: Serena might be the best female tennis player ever. Since that is generally based on Grand Slams and the conditions for men and women in Grand Slams are different, with the winner playing hours and hours more in the men’s draw in

People who make GOAT comparisons rarely do so when so little about the game is the same. No common opponents, entirely different rules. Josh Gibson and Sadahuru Oh were not the greatest home run hitters of all time despite hitting more home runs than anybody else, because they didn’t do it in the major leagues. Doug

I’m not sure that’s accurate. According to two different sources, WTA matches are most commonly 70-90 minutes long, while ATP matches were their shortest in the mid-1990s, but by 2012 were averaging 110 minutes. That could be different now, but it seems like they’re not getting appreciably shorter.

No, my initial argument was that since most tennis arguments focus on Grand Slam wins and that in those tournaments specifically women and men don’t play by the same rules, it’s not a comparison you can make. Federer has been down two sets to love in eight Grand Slam matches and has come back to win those matches and

Nope, not moving any goalposts. Just saying he’s played more matches and his matches are longer because you, without any evidence to support it, claimed that “She’s spending WAY more time on the court than Federer.” Show your work or don’t make the argument.

That’s not even the full story. LeBron has needed 24 series to make eight straight finals. Bill Russell only played in 27 playoff series total.

Tim Duncan, Shaq, Kobe, or LeBron have played in every finals since Michael Jordan left the Bulls (the second time).
