Just to make sure I understand you correctly, burn refit to a cd. Boot up OSX run the cd and partition the HD. Then continue with the instructions.

Maybe a solution to this problem would be to create a non profit pharma company. I'm sure there are thousands of hurdles to jump through and the barriers to entry are high. If these obstacles were to be overcome I can imagine this having a huge positive impact on humanity.
