Did you forget to add a screenshot?

So I did a little searching and it looks like you can not take screen shots unless you are rooted. If you are check out the screenshot app, all you do is activate the app then shake your phone to take a screenshot, I used to have it before I flashed Cyanogen on my phone.

Well it depends on what version of android and phone you are using. I think this was standardized in ICS but it can be different on different systems.

These companies should allow you to forgo the activation fee by activating it online. This is a win win because the company does not have to spend time with the activation and those tech savvy enough can just enter the ESN number online.
