Gas will not get that expensive as long as we have chicken hawk politicians and young soldiers that we can keep tossing into a meat grinder of a war in some poorer country to keep gas cheap for fragile masculinity cursed middle aged men. (snark?)

In the old days, people like this would have died in a no helmet bicycle accident or pass while playing with fireworks or jumping off a bridge or something. Now we are burdened by them and the are a danger to others.

Came for the “never buy new” people, that fill Jalop comments commenting that no new car is worth it.

my kind of stanley products

If you ask maga people what they are mad about at the border they say illegals but if you then point out their orange god has 91 felony charges so there is a lot illegal there, they mumble something racist and xenophobic.

The problem is that maga is not fact adverse and full conspiracy so if you count and report less than 70000 they say you are lying and there really was 70000 and if you try to show proof the call you a deep state, satanist, groomer antia witch. Reality is just beyond them forever.

If is makes you feel better there are much bigger diesel SUVs you could have bought.

No they are not they cost the price of a set of tires and my entire life tires cost money. I just did a set for my jeep a few months back and a set of tires was $1500 and when I was living in an apartment in my 20 back in the early 90s they still cost more than a tube of sand and I would not have had anyplace to store

So sorry I did not check with you first when I was answering the question: “what was the worst airport you’ve ever traveled through?” Please tell me in your omniscience what is the worse airport I have every been through so I can answer the question to your satisfaction.

I was at the dallas airport and made the mistake of going to get the rental car while my family waited for the luggage. BIG mistake as it took some highway time and a toll road to get back to them.

Keflavík in iceland, hardly any signage and lines criss crossing in a mess of people.

Denver, yes there was a bit of construction at the time. the opposing arrows to transportation and the unmarked pillar for the rental shuttle was not helpful.

a tube of sand was way cheaper than a set of snow tires when I was 20 something, poor and living in an apartment.

And Roger Moore was 57 in a view to a kill.

I mostly posted that for pedantic corrector bait. And most of the time you do not need AWD so in bad snow you shift it into 4wd.

The Luxury people will not go for a mitsu. They should make a smaller off roader plug in hybrid to compete in jeep wrangler/bronco/4runner off-roading overlander market that is printing money for manufactures. Those people remember the dakar heritage and would shop for a off road friendly modern montero.

Very good points! Low power and low top speed and able to physical survive hitting stuff with a new driver is why I suggested a jeep wrangler.

I think the peace of mind of reliable transportation is often undervalued. I will never stop being thankful for reliable cars.

I thought it stopped when we were told that mediocre white men were not to be rewarded for being mediocre. There was so much blowback for average men getting the hot girl that it was stopped. So now only lab created super hot guys get to be in rom coms. (This is mostly snark as I completely believe and support the

We were big time Hyundai fans. We bought a new Accent, Elantra and eventually a Sonata. After the Sonata could not keep oil in the engine we switched brands.
