Our IT wants personal phone authentication. I am ok with it but only for authenticator and outlook. not the google suite. A bunch of coworkers are fighting it hard.

Snow brush, scrapers, gloves, hats winter coat never leave my jeep. It also snows here 6 months/year.

Exactly. I do also keep a set in the garage near the shovels so I do not have to unlock any cars when I am shoveling in the morning after snowfall.
