Well said. I only know the cartoon star wars stuff because I covid lockdown binged through it. I am glad I did but I could have easily missed it. 

I agree, TV may go this genre again but it will be 3 seasons of 8-10 episodes on one streaming channel. Netflix teen series will be canceled after 1 season despite the cliffhanger last episode. (RIP Teenage Bounty Hunters) 

My wife will watch all the live action stuff with me but not the animation and to be honest Star Wars Resistance was bad.

Is a live action series about a cartoon clone wars character trying to find a rebels cartoon character a hard sell for non star wars nerds? I am trying to tell people how good the series were but many just are not cartoon fans.  

Blade Runner was considered a flop that summer, Only the nerdy (not a good thing in 1982) si fi people were into it. It gained popularity on cable. 

As a kid in the early 1980s summer movies were a blast and there was so so many good movies (and some bad ones).

As a kid with a crush on Olivia Newton-John I did not care how bad the movie was.

I love off road capable SUVs but I imagine it is terrifying to rock and mud crawl 6 figure SUV. but then again very few will but someday when these things are 25+ years old someone will have a blast with them off road.
