Don’t worry too much about not having any feline experience. They’re one of the easiest pets ever. I’m able to leave out some extra food, a gravity water feeder, and clean litter boxes when I’m gone every weekend and they’re fine.* The only thing they seem to need from me is lots of pettings and cuddles.

I’d definitely look into upgrading my ‘05 R/T to a new Magnum if it existed.

I think a Mazda Corvette sounds like an idea I’d like to subscribe to. But I agree it does miss the point of a Miata.

Whoa now.

I would not expect the outcomes to change much. As long as the constant force is equal to the peak of the compared shock load.

I agree that it’ll be sad to lose that uniquely American “grumble”.  But perhaps this means we’ll gain a production corvette that makes sounds that can only be described as “racecar-like”.

Not really cars, but related.  The pod racers in Star Wars.  They make F1 car noises.  Why in the world would creations with huge jet engines make ICE noises.  Or even better, why can you hear them changing gears?

If some clutches and a planetary gear is an “indirect” mechanical linkage, then sure. The gas engine has a clutch coupling with one of the two electric motor/generators. The transmission is a single planetary gearset where one gear is the output, and then each electric motor gets one gear.

I started playing healers back in WoW TBC. Since then I’ve defaulted towards them for every game I play. In games with scripted fights (like WoW), it’s more fun for me than damage dealing because it’s not on a rotation. Sure there’s specific times I should use big spells. But other than that there’s always an aspect

Can confirm.  Test drove one on a little autocross course Mazda set up, and I think my first impression was that the auto wasn’t too bad.  With the paddles it really was a pretty good drive.

Don’t forget the lovely looming yield curve inversion!

Whoa now.  There’s the entire state of Kansas between those two!  And like hell we’ll let the glorious new sea be named after Oklahoma.  ... It’ll be named after Texas, because they’re bigger and will get flooded first.

I got to make my first 911 call last weekend because of a couple fires along the highway (in Kansas), probably started by cigarettes. Seeing active uncontrolled fires in the middle of town and surrounded by a large area of dry grass is kind of weird after hearing about all the fires out west.

I think you’re right. Heck when I was younger I didn’t like a lot of wagons, and preferred sedan versions. Granted what changed my mind was a combination of jalopnik groupthink, and new wagons looking wayyy better.

Ugghh it hurts how much better these look when lower, unlike my AWD one that has the factory 1" lift.

I thought I had read something about that!  Wasn’t sure if I was crazy.

Welcome to why Formula E only has 1/4 of that power, and swaps/swapped cars in the middle of the race.  Batteries aren’t good for long races.

I’m already alcohol free by choice because it tastes like liquid garbage. Candy *usually* tastes good, alcohol has to try and not taste like alcohol before it can even pretend to not suck.

Vashvash pretty much gets it. Just thought I’d expand on it some.
