I still don’t get why people don’t want to buy actual cd’s anymore. Don’t people like having cd jackets, and paying full price for an album that has only 3 songs you like? Having an actual cd in my hand is the best feeling. I don’t get it.

While I’m sure a huge percentage is for the camera, I’ve spent the last 15 years of my life around wannabe actors, models, and musicians. The more desperate, less talented among them have a disproportionate amount of crazy in their midst. You’d be shocked how often drinks are thrown in people’s faces and fights are

Switch to Boden for all of your sweater needs. A thousand times better quality and things regularly go on sale.

I enjoyed it but some people take issue with the ending.

Better Question: How mad is Penelope?

Poor Mason with his dumb, popular, regular name.

I dont want this to come off as victim blaming because I do agree with your comment, I would add though that a lot of beautiful women never bother to take the time to learn their craft when they’re young. Later on they just end up as middle aged bad actresses. The exceptions you mention didn’t make this fatal mistake

I’d count David Beckham as a “professional beauty”.

American Robins and European Robins are different species (European settlers to North America just named the different bird after the one it reminded them of). American robins have that sexual dimorphism in color. Both male and female European Robins have red breasts, but the size and pattern of the grey feathers

A friend of mine rocks a bun all the time, and refers to it as her ‘man bun.’

I think they’re cute. I can’t quite articulate the appeal, but on most guys, it makes them look immediately approachable.

Anything about a man that might be seen as feminine is more often than not looked down upon.

I was a small town 8th grader when I got Ten on cassette. I’d try to get my friends and older cousins to put it in at bon fires. It was quite a departure from the hair metal our school favored. I wasn’t trying to be snobby or an early adopter, but I know now that was the moment I turned. Like a hipster 10 years before

I’m the same age as you and I agree. I was never a grunge fan so I was excited when I discovered Brit Pop in the 90s, I felt like I had found my people. In the US, I was much more into STP and Beck.

They more than any other band defined the ‘90s mainstream alt rock video look. Vasoline, ISL, Big Bang Baby, even later ones like Sour Girl all perfectly encapsulate ‘94-2000 videos like no other. I’m not articulate enough with design/fashion terms to know exactly what it is—slightly glammer grunge, quartets playing

Between this and Charlie Sheen contracting HIV it feels like the 90’s woke up and realized it still had some shit it forgot about like 20 years ago.

I went to high school in the 90’s. And I was never really into the big rock bands of the time. I am really into 70’s glam rock for the most part nowadays. But when I look back on albums I have from the 90’s, they are all bands that either dressed in costumes or had some sort of stage show. I really loved Gwar, Rocket

He was one of those guys that you were kinda surprised was still alive whenever you thought to check, but at the same time, you thought “maybe he knows the Keith Richards secret and is still gonna be high off his balls at age 76.”

And with the boy babies you are way more likely to get your face pissed on. This is just poor decision making.
