Out of curiousity, I googled it. Seems Nikola is actually further along that I anticipated.

I can’t find it, but I thought part of Amazon’s deal was the benefit of only having their own branding on the trucks.
I’m a public transit/biking fan living in Minneapolis. My home is 6 miles from work. My options are (all of these are door to door):
I’ve got a RadPower electric bike, like $1,499 new. It is really durable, because it weighs 68 lbs. It is a fucking tank. That was the tradeoff I accepted though.
I understand that the factory tires are especially bad in the snow because they are designed for peak mileage. Not a flaw so much, as just a known weakness of a car engineered for mileage.
Drove the Prius on regular tires last year because I hardly drive it in the winter. Figured it’d be a pain but manageable. It was awful, just got the snow tires on a few weeks ago and really curious to see how much better it gets this winter.
One of my favorite things about this website is that a comment sticking it to the man and protecting the website is going to get a ton of stars! But it will never touch what this website was made for.
Just to be 100% pedantic here, but the Author’s perspective is that this is about reducing emissions via idling, while my understanding (as a Minneapolis resident), is that the car-centric infrastructure behind a drive-thru is not compatible with the urban/transit based infrastructure Minneapolis is moving towards as…
Driving an Infiniti I30 home from college. I’m in the second from right lane on I80, when some chuckle fuck merges on and heads straight for the far left lane. With no warning I’m about to get broadsided, so I serve left, all the way into the left shoulder.
“staring seriously off into what appears to be a river”
I know this is non-essential, but weird to see Schneiderman as the face of this photo after his fall from grace.
I grew up in Nebraska, live in MN now. It’s truly excellent in terms of striking a quality of life balance.
Made me legit chuckle at my desk.
Yeah, the idea that midwesterners are super friendly is kind of dumb because very few people move there, so most people are Nebraskans, with a lot of shared culture, memories, and experiences. When 90% of the people you interact with are like you, of course you’ll naturally be more predisposed to be chatty with…
Hey everyone, check this guy out! His wife has *squints* an insatiable sex drive?
This guy talking about Nebraska off the interstate needs to apply literally any context to its geography. Nebraska has a few very specific spots that are interesting (the Sand hills), and a lot of grasslands, but any of those things compared to Mountains or Bodies of water are inconsequential.
No I didn’t, I really can’t stress enough how much of a weiner I am.
Barry, when Drew pulls himself out of whatever riptide he is currently caught in, he’s going to seal you in a 55 gallon drum of mayo and roll it into a river.
