Scarlet Witch has never had a great costume.  They keep trying to come up with new combinations of swimsuit/lingerie/trenchcoat but it always looks like a costume, rather than an outfit.

I was never a huge fan of the new costume. It looked a bit too generic to me (except the mohawk helmet. That was brilliant). The design of the black costume, with the disgonal lighting bolt and the red sash was way more striking to me.

I just figure Aquaman and co. have the power to fly in water the same way Superman can fly in air. Superman maintains his spit-curl at mach 8!
